Employee-Owned. Team Driven.
In 2021, Acquisition Systems Ltd became an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), meaning the majority of the company is now owned by the people who work here.
The Trust is overseen by a board that includes three elected employee representatives, an independent external trustee, a current Director, and a former Director, ensuring a balanced and inclusive voice in how the business is run.
Becoming employee-owned has formalised what we’ve always believed, that our strength lies in a positively engaged team, where everyone feels invested in the company’s success and proud of the work they do.
LEARN ABOUT OUR MISSION, VISION AND VALUES
Our Interview Process
It’s so important to us that every member of our team truly believes in our vision. Great teams build great things, and our employees are our biggest asset. If you apply for one of our roles and your application is successful, you can expect the interview process to follow these stages:

Initial chat
Following your application, a member of our HR team will reach out to you for a quick chat. We want to learn more about who you are and why you would be a great fit for our team.

First Stage interview
We will hold a first stage interview online over Microsoft Teams with a member of the HR team and the Hiring Manager for the role. During this interview we will dig into specifics of the role and ask you questions related to your skills and experience.

In person interview
A second stage interview will take place face to face with the Hiring Manager and a Director, this interview will be centred on the company values and vision to understand how you would see yourself fitting in with the team.

Feedback
Once all three stages are complete, you should hear pretty quickly regarding your success. If you’re offered a role, your start date will be confirmed. If unsuccessful, we will still provide you with helpful feedback.
