Do I need industry experience?

Not necessarily. While some roles require technical or sector-specific experience, we’re always open to people with the right mindset. If you’re practical, motivated, and eager to learn, we provide hands on training to help you succeed.

What’s the recruitment process like?

We aim to keep things straightforward and transparent. Typically, it starts with a CV review, followed by an informal chat to get to know you. If there’s a good fit, we’ll invite you to meet the team for a more in-depth interview and possibly a short practical task, depending on the role. We’ll keep you updated at every stage.

Can I apply speculatively?

Absolutely. Even if there isn’t a current vacancy listed, we’re always interested in hearing from proactive people who feel they could bring something to the team. Just email your CV and a short introduction to recruitment@a-s.co.uk.

Employee-Owned. Team Driven.

In 2021, Acquisition Systems Ltd became an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), meaning the majority of the company is now owned by the people who work here.

The Trust is overseen by a board that includes three elected employee representatives, an independent external trustee, a current Director, and a former Director, ensuring a balanced and inclusive voice in how the business is run.

Becoming employee-owned has formalised what we’ve always believed, that our strength lies in a positively engaged team, where everyone feels invested in the company’s success and proud of the work they do.
