Acquisition Systems Ltd/Pharmagraph is looking for a Marketing Lead to join our well-established and growing engineering company. The role is based in Finchampstead (with hybrid working options available) and reports to the Commercial Director. Our products are used in monitoring and control systems for pharmaceutical, NHS and life sciences customers, as well as for general engineering and military applications.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially aware Marketing Lead to lead and deliver impactful marketing activity across the business. The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Lead the development and delivery of marketing strategies to drive growth across life sciences, engineering, and related sectors
- Create compelling marketing content by translating technical information into accessible materials such as case studies, whitepapers, website copy, and press releases
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage event marketing activities, including conferences, exhibitions, and webinars
- Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and align marketing with commercial objectives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen positioning and messaging
- Manage external agencies and freelancers for design, PR, and digital marketing support
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms, and driving improvement

Person Specification
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role within life sciences, healthcare, or a technical sector
- Experience crafting and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools
- Experience using CRM and/or marketing automation platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Desirable
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory environments
- Exposure to defence, aerospace, or semiconductor industries
- Experience working with external agencies
- Experience of team leadership
- Basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
