Rack-Based Data Acquisition

MX5000 Series I/O System

Our MX5000 range of data acquisition hardware has been developed for systems where exacting tolerances must be met.

An MX5000 system consists of a six or eight slot enclosure which can house several cards. The enclosure accommodates a controller/communications card with a Modbus TCP interface that allows data to be read by virtually any SCADA or DCS system.

A range of modules offers analog and digital inputs and outputs:

  • Voltage and Thermocouple temperature measurement
  • High accuracy measurement of temperature using PT100/PT1000 sensors
  • Current including 4-20 mA sensors
  • Speed and Vibration using IEPE accelerometer
  • Digital I/O
  • Analog output in both voltage and current forms
